CESA requires that a Quality Management System (QMS) must be "implemented and maintained" in all Engineering practices.

Our Quality Management System is a mindset of excellence that underlies all our work processes and that is aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our business. It basically entails documenting our business processes and then regularly controlling, auditing and improving these processes.
